My lady asked me yesterday if I can make some nice cocktail for her and her friend to watch a Celebrate America fireworks with a style.
I went on Internet to find some recipe for the cocktail to be made from a very limited selection of ingredients I had in my bar. 🙂
It turned out that 99.9% of the recipes needed at least 2 components I didn’t have, so I said to myself what the heck! – I’ll make my own. (more…)

I looked at the calendar and realized that winter is right behind a corner and need to prepare my house for heating season ( I live in Sierra Foothills and we have pretty chilly nights).
If you got annoyed by ZTE which is (in my humble opinion and my house layout) making wind in your house in failed attempt to equalize the air and remove cold and hot spots, useless and energy ($) eating feature – you don’t need to pay for technician’s visit and you can turn it off by yourself.
